Hi, I’m Anna from Montana, and this is my husband DJ and our daughter Marjorie. Beauty and the Beef was built on a simple belief that you should know exactly where your food comes from.

As a mom, I started questioning what I was feeding my family and realized how hard it was to truly trust store-bought beef, so we chose to do things differently. Our cattle are raised on open Montana pasture with care at every step, prioritizing the health of the land, the animals, and ultimately your family.

The math is simple. The quality is not.

At the farmers market our individual cuts run $30 per pound and up. When you buy in bulk direct from the ranch that same beef, same cattle, same pastures, same butcher, comes out to around $17 per pound all in. And when we say all in we mean it.

Processing, butcher fees, vacuum sealing, packaging, shipping, and free beef bones and organ meat are all included. No surprise bills after harvest. No hidden fees that quietly push your real cost higher than you expected. Just one honest price.

That is not because the quality went down. That is because the middleman went away. No mystery meat. No imported beef with a "Product of the USA" sticker. Just 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef from a small family ranch in the Blackfoot Valley of Montana.

Once you taste open range small farm family cows, you’ll be hard pressed to go back to store bought. You can see it in the marbling and coloring of the meat, but also the taste is out of this world. It May cost more than the grocery store, but the peace of mind that comes from eating beef that was raised with care as well as knowing nothing’s been added (beef as God intended), is priceless. All good things take time and investment and that’s what you’re paying for. The hard work of someone who knows the benefits of quality beef.
