Refund and Shipping Policies
All deposits are non-refundable. This is because you are literally buying a portion of our herd and deposits are used in planning of raising your cow for you. That being said, deposits can be transferred to another person. If for whatever reason you need a deposit refund we ask you find someone to take your place so we are not left with extra beef.
Once you receive your order we have a 100% money back guarantee which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and/or 100% exchange for different product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you picked it up we can arrange a meetup to obtain the returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to take delivery of your order due to unpredictable circumstances we recommend that you find a friend or family member who will assume your order. We can easily ship to another address and change ownership of your original deposit order. Don't hesitate to reach out to us in the event of such a situation. Beauty and the Beef will arrange with you on when your package is shipping and when to expect to receive it. As soon we make the label a tracking number will be emailed to you when your beef ships out so you can keep eyes on it.
We offer free shipping to the continental US. We do, however, have to add a shipping fee to Alaska and Hawaii due to the high cost of shipping to these states. We also cannot reach remote villages/islands. If shipping to main hubs such as Anchorage or Honolulu, we can reach you with 2 day shipping.
We work hard to ensure all our packages arrive frozen solid by using the best insulation materials and dry ice and/or the best ice packs however if any product were to ever arrive thawed or in poor condition please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org attach photos of compromised product and we will replace your order immediately.
