Our cattle are pasture raised on our ranch in Helmville, Montana. They've got big open country, mountain stream water, native grass and the hay we put up ourselves.

Questions folks ask me
When does my beef ship?
March 2027. Your deposit holds your spot from our spring harvest. We'll reach out before March to set your ship date with you.
Why do I have to wait until March?
We harvest when the cattle are at their best, not when it's convenient. That's the beef you're reserving. Your deposit locks in your spot so you're not scrambling for one later.
Will it fit in my freezer?
A half fits in a 7 cu ft chest freezer. If you don't have one yet, our Free Freezer half comes with one.
How long does it keep?
6 to 18 months in the freezer. Every cut is vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
Is a half too much for us?
A half feeds a family of 4 for about 8 to 12 months. Not sure you'll get through it? Split it with another household. Lots of folks do.
What happens after I put down my deposit?
