The 50 lb bundle contains a variety of quality cuts, from delicious pork chops, breakfast sausage, bacon, hams, baby back ribs, and fresh pork roasts. You'll be stocked up and able to do BBQ pulled pork sliders for your get togethers, the best family breakfasts with bacon and sausage, family holiday hams, and date night worthy pork chops!

Typically, the 50 lb bundle of pasture raised pork fits in a standard sized fridge/freezer combo. (roughly 1.75 cubic feet of space)


What to expect in a 50 lb bundle:


- 1-2 Boston Butt Pork Roast weighing about 5-7 lbs each, for a total of about 5-10 lbs

- 1-2 racks of Baby Back Ribs weighing about 2-3 lbs each, for a total of about 2-5 lbs

- Boneless Pork Chops, packaged 2/pack, weighing about 10-12 lbs

- Bacon, in 1 lb packages, weighing about 8-9 lbs

- 2-3 Bone In Half Hams, weighing about 3-5 lbs each

- Breakfast Sausage, in 1 lb packages, weighing about 10-13 lbs

Cured Pork Ingredients:


Salt, sugar, brown sugar, sodium nitrite (0.84%), maple syrup, sodium erythorbate  

 salt, cane and maple sugars, dextrose, sodium nitrite (0.75%), not more than 2% propylene glycol and sodium bicarbonate added to prevent caking  

Breakfast Sausage: 
Salt, Dextrose, Spices, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Spice Extractives, BHA, Propyl Gallate,Citric Acid


Prefer to not have the cured pork cuts?

If you would like to get all fresh pork (no cured ham, bacon, or sausage) I am happy to do that for you! In place of ham, you will get fresh leg roasts. In place of bacon you will get side pork (uncured bacon), and in place of sausage you can do ground pork. Please reach out to me directly to designate this preference.
